It’s hard to describe how I feel after returning from my first Atlantis cruise. Over the last week we have created so many moments and memories that I will remember for a lifetime. All 5200 of us converged and gathered on the Harmony of the Seas as a community to celebrate, relax, party, dance, sing, tour, sail, swim, and truly live together in harmony.
As a cruise virgin, I was in awe by the level of detail and production by both Royal Carribean and by Atlantis Events. From the State of the art tech, to the best DJs, music, and entertainment, there was so much I did and so much more I wanted to do but didn’t have enough time!
I am grateful for all the new friends I made, adventures I experienced, and lessons I learned. I have never felt so accepted by a community of strangers… wherever I turned there was a friendly smile, a shoulder to lean on, a person to dance with, or a new friend to bond with. From the 21 year old baby gay, to the 95 year old gay elders and pioneers aboard, we all gathered and celebrated as one. The level of love I felt going around was through the roof. ❤️
I’ve never been so exhausted but I am also sad to leave the ship and go back to reality. I’ve actually teared up a few times and I hope my fellow passengers haven’t noticed lol. Thank you Rich for what you have been able to create with these cruises. Thanks Steven for working your magic and getting me a cabin when the cruise was technically sold out.
